How Tushbaby Uses Your Personal Information

Children’s Data
The Services are not intended to be used by children, and Tushbaby does not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided Tushbaby with their personal information, you may contact Tushbaby using the contact details set out below to request that it be deleted.
As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Tushbaby does not have actual knowledge that Tushbaby “shares” or “sells” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Tushbaby will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
