The Snug supports both face-to-face and forward-facing carrying positions for children up to 36 months or 45 lbs. The Snug can be used once your infant reaches 12lbs; it is not suitable for newborn use.
When not in use, The Snug easily folds up to store under the seat storage pocket of the Tushbaby hip seat. Tushbaby hip seat sold separately here.

"This helps me so much, I’m able to carry my chunky baby around for hours without issue when I used to struggle after 20 minutes, it also helps my back pain, I haven’t had a flair up since purchasing this. Only change I wish they would make would be to flip the Velcro around, it gets stuck to my clothes while trying to rotate it after putting it on"

"SAVED my back my goodness! My baby just turned 4 months and LOVES to be in arms and be looking around so I hold him facing outwards and he absolutely loves it I call it his little throne haha! The hands free attachment just adds to its quality & I will say is much more thin and stretchier than other regular carriers which I love. (Especially in this AZ summer heat) It’s easy to clean. My little one has thrown up on it and I wiped it and no stains or anything. I do have the black and gold one if that helps. Lastly its ability to not only save my back but to fit a diaper, wipes and even a bottle and other knick knacks is truly Mary Poppins like it’s amazing. "This addition to the tush baby has been a lifesaver for having two other kids to tend to. I feel supported and can be more hands free. Two things I wish were a little better though: 1. They had a mesh material that was more breathable for baby and me. 2. You could lift your arms above your head without the whole shoulder coming up."

"my 5 month old disliked every carrier i tried putting her in, i had the hip carrier and ordered the straps to try. it ended up being the only carrier my girl loves! granted it does give me some lower back pain but my girls happy and i’m hands free which it’s is important"
"Batman would be no match for a mom or dad with a tushbaby carrier. Can’t recommend enough! Only thing I didn’t know was that there is no shoulder strap for purse mode that comes with it. You have to accessorize separately. Otherwise very pleased!"
"I’ve had my TushBaby for about two weeks, but only used it for about a week once I received the extender. Even with such minimal use, it’s already showing noticeable wear and tear, which shouldn’t be happening this early. It’s also disappointing that the item stores in the same pocket many people rely on instead of a diaper bag, which makes the setup less convenient. Overall, the concept is great, but there are some design flaws that need improvement. I’m really bummed about the quality."
"My husband was actually the one to initially purchase our Tushbaby hip carrier. We really love it for world-facing in short spurts because currently that is our daughter’s favorite way to be held in our arms and the Tushbaby takes the strain off our wrists and arms. While I love it for the eased pressure, I needed something that allowed me to carry her hands-free so I could start keeping up with chores again, which is when I heard about the hands-free attachment. This attachment has been very helpful in helping me get some things done around the house and on short potty walks with our dog. That being said, it’s not the most supportive material, stretches easily, and isn’t very breathable. I wish it had a bit more support as my daughter currently bounces and shifts around quite a lot because of the stretchiness of the fabric, even with straps tightened. In addition, the carrier as a whole does start to cause me some low back pain if I try using it for longer walks or for more than 10 or so minutes at a time. Despite the drawbacks, I still am glad I have it and use it weekly to help me get things done."
