Return Policy

TUSHBABY CARRIER & THE SNUG

For Tushbaby or The Snug, return your order within 30 days—with the user manual and the tags still attached—and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all Tushbaby Carrier and Snug returns within the contiguous United States at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.): Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer, and we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders at this time.

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter your email address and order number below to generate your pre-paid return label. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT: Once your return label and package are scanned in by USPS, your new order will be automatically placed. You’ll receive your order confirmation via email for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested.

THE PACK: We have a 30-day return policy for The Pack. All returns must include the tags attached. If you'd like to return, head over to our Returns Portal, fill out your email and order number, and we'll send you a return label. 

To cover our return shipping and restocking fees, we’ll deduct $5 from your purchase order. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you return your Pack without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for quality assurance reasons.

THE CROSSBODY STRAP & WAISTBAND EXTENDER: We have a 30-day return policy for the Waistband Extender and Crossbody Strap. All returns must include the tags attached. If you'd like to return, head over to our Returns Portal, fill out your email and order number, and we'll send you a return label. 

To cover our return shipping and restocking fees, we’ll deduct $5 from your purchase order. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. If you return your Waistband Extender and Crossbody Strap without the original tags, we can’t accept your return for quality assurance reasons.

THE POD & CHANGING PAD: Our Changing Pads & Pods are not a case of “try before you buy,” and you can probably guess why. For sanitary reasons and to prevent the spread of germs, we can’t accept returns. Try using your Pod to hold lipstick, earbuds, or cash if you’re not using it for pacifiers!


WARRANTY

Warranty Term: 1 year from date of purchase on purchases within the U.S. We do not cover warranties on purchases outside the US.

Details: Tushbaby is made with craftsmanship and all high-quality materials that are safe for you and your baby. We are owned and operated by three moms from California who believe you get what you pay for, and that you and your baby deserve only the best.

We stand behind our products! All Tushbabies, Snugs, & Waistband Extenders  purchased within the U.S. come with a 1-year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other products include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, loose threads, misuse, or damages caused by the user. So like, spaghetti sauce stains wouldn’t fly.

To submit a warranty claim or request replacements for broken parts, please complete our quick warranty form. We’ll get you the support you need STAT.
