HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: For orders of Tushbaby or The Snug placed 11/15/2024 - 11/30/2024, return your order within 45 days—with the user manual and the tags still attached—and we’ll refund 100% of your purchase. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for all Tushbaby Carrier and Snug returns within the contiguous United States at no cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.): Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer, and we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders at this time.

INSTRUCTIONS: Enter your email address and order number below to generate your pre-paid return label. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT: Once your return label and package are scanned in by USPS, your new order will be automatically placed. You’ll receive your order confirmation via email for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested.
THE PACK

THE CROSSBODY STRAP & WAISTBAND EXTENDER

THE POD, CHANGING PAD, & TEETHERS: Our Changing Pads, Pods, and Teethers are not a case of “try before you buy,” and you can probably guess why. For sanitary reasons and to prevent the spread of germs, we can’t accept returns. Try using your Pod to hold lipstick, earbuds, or cash if you’re not using it for pacifiers!
SPECIAL OFFERS
Occasionally Tushbaby will offer special promotions to its customers. This can include a gift with purchase, Buy One Get One deals, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only. Offers cannot be applied to orders placed before or after the designated promotional period. Discount codes do not apply to bundles and cannot be combined with other discount codes. If the customer purchases items in a bundle and wishes to return part of the order, the price difference will be deducted from the customer’s return refund. If the customer redeems an offer for a free gift with purchase, and later wishes to return part or all of their order, the customer must include the free item in their return. For orders that include a free gift where the gift was not included in the original purchase amount, if the customer does not include the free item in their return, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the return refund.
All BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deals are final sale. All items discounted 50% off or higher are final sale.
Warranty Term: 1 year from date of purchase on purchases within the U.S. We do not cover warranties on purchases outside the US.

We stand behind our products! All Tushbabies, Snugs, & Waistband Extenders purchased within the U.S. come with a 1-year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other products include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, loose threads, misuse, or damages caused by the user. So like, spaghetti sauce stains wouldn’t fly.
