- How can I keep the strap from slipping? the strap is connected as it came in the mail, and I’ve tried multiple ways to keep it from sliding to the longest length when wearing it. I’m a small person, so when the strap doesn’t stay put, it hands down to my hip! I love it otherwise, and I don’t fill it heavily either — mostly diapers and small wipes, so the strap issue isn’t from weight. I’ve checked online to see how to fix this but can’t find anything.
- To keep the strap from loosening you will use the elastic loops on each side to tuck the extra strap through to secure it in place. If you need more assistance please let us know.
